WHAT can be returned?
We accept returns for most products purchased from our store. However, there may be some restrictions on certain items like special orders or modified item by your request.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Beyond this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

HOW do customers return items?
To initiate a return, please
- Contact our customer service to inform them about your intention to return the item. Provide them with your Invoice and order details.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide any required instructions.
- Send item back to us.
SHIPPING COCST ?
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Return shipping cost has to be covered by customer.
RETURN FEES
If item you received is wrong and faulty we can exchange it or make refund at no fees , but any change in mind or wrong order is cost 15% restocking fees.,
Instore return option?
Yes, we do offer an instore return option.
Packing materials?
All brand new item is required to be original packing.
Warranty :
all engine cover 6 month or 10000KM from date of purchase ,
any engine required proof of fitting by licensed workshop and mechanic ,
Diesel engine required to change turbo / intercooler and injector washer as well ,
for petrol engine required new water pump and radiator.
any engine required service every 5000KM.
Warranty is covering only engine not any expenses.
