What can be returned?
Most new products purchased from our store can be returned. Some restrictions apply to certain items — including used or reconditioned engines, special orders, and items modified at your request.

When do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Beyond this time frame we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Where do returns go?
Returns come back to our store: 8 Hammond Rd, Dandenong VIC 3175. Yes — we offer an in-store return option, so you’re welcome to bring it in.

How do I return an item?
- Contact our customer service team and let us know you'd like to return the item — have your invoice and order details handy.
- Our team will guide you through the process and any required instructions.
- Send the item back to us (or return it in store).
Brand-new items must be returned in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is covered by the customer.
- If the item you received is wrong or faulty, we'll exchange it or refund you at no charge.
- Change of mind or incorrect orders incur a 15% restocking fee.
Engine warranty
All engines are covered for 6 months or 10,000 km from the date of purchase — whichever comes first. To keep your warranty valid:
- Engines must be fitted by a licensed workshop and mechanic, with proof of fitting.
- Diesel engines: the turbo, intercooler and injector washers must be replaced at fitting.
- Petrol engines: a new water pump and radiator are required at fitting.
- Engines must be serviced every 5,000 km.
Warranty covers the engine itself, not associated expenses. Crate engines carry a 12-month warranty as listed on product pages.
